The female Mallards are beautiful, too. The water level is high at Rainbow Lake now. The water over flow is covering the side walk where she is standing. Joy-Vernon

A male Northern Flicker looking up at the suet feeder. We had a beautiful snow fall of about 3" Sunday night in Vernon. Monday, 2-8-10 it was sunny & clear. 98% of the snow melted away. Joy-Vernon

When we left Vernon to drive into Show Low today, March 9th, it was clear skies and lovely. This is what it looked like when we arrived at Show Low and drove home. Joy-Vernon

We left "home" in Vernon today (3-9-10) to clear, sunny skies. This is what our driveway looked at 4 PM! Joy-Vernon
